Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our department. This role involves verifying daily deposits, data entry, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn computer software and adapt to new technology.

  • Data entry, document scanning, and printing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience.
  • Must possess strong numerical aptitude and the ability to perform accurate calculations.
  • Must possess the ability to complete bank deposits as needed. 
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Basic math skills; ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Valid driver's license or state ID required.
 
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.
  • Regular use of hands, sitting, standing, walking, and occasional kneeling or crouching.
  • Moderate noise level; occasional exposure to outdoor conditions.
